Cocktail Shrimp Salad
Super easy shrimp salad that sure to please the most picky guest!

- 1 lb cocktail shrimp cooked
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp white whine vinegar
- 1 tbsp dried dill
- 3 stocks celery - finely diced
Rinse & dry the shrimp. Set aside.
Add mayo, mustard, vinegar & dill to a large bowl. Whisk thoroughly to combine.
Gently fold shrimp & celery into the mayo mixture, making sure to not break the shrimp as it is combined.
Chill for a couple hours or overnight. Serve with crackers, sliced cucumber, or bread. SO GOOD!
