Acorn squash in the air fryer?? That’s right!! An air fryer is really just a countertop convection oven, so why not?

Start by slicing the acorn squash down the center to make two even sides. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Does this remind anyone of Halloween?

Sprinkle each side of squash with avocado oil & then spread it evenly all over. Season with season salt or garlic pepper seasoning.
Set the squash on the air fryer basket & put them into the air fryer. Set the temperature on 375 & the time on 30 minutes.

Once cooking is complete, transfer the squash to a cutting board. The squash should come easily out of the skin. Slice it to desired thickness & gobble it all up!!
