This is the easiest thing ever. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Chill for a couple hours or over night.
Spray the baking dish with cooking spray. Add the meat mixture & shape it into a loaf.
Ultimate Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs ground turkey
- 1.25 lbs ground pork
- 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tbsp steak seasoning
- 1 shredded summer squash or zucchini
- 1 large shredded carrot
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly blended.
- Chill for a couple hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Add the meat mixture & shape into a loaf.
- Bake for 1.5 hours or until internal temperature is 165 degrees and the exterior has a nicely browned crust. Now devour it! And come up with another name for it & please share it with me. 🙂
Bake at 375 for 1.5 hours or until the top is crusty & the center is 165 degrees. Serve with roasted asparagus, french bread, & a side of fruit.
