Gone are the days of ketchup & corn flakes… This meatloaf is low fat, healthy, juicy, full of flavor & vegetables! Although, I REALLY wish it had a better name. Meat. Loaf. My new life’s goal is to figure out a better & more appetizing name…

This is the easiest thing ever. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Chill for a couple hours or over night.

Spray the baking dish with cooking spray. Add the meat mixture & shape it into a loaf.

Easiest ever & most flavorful meatloaf you’ll ever serve.

  • 1.25 lbs ground turkey
  • 1.25 lbs ground pork
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tbsp steak seasoning
  • 1 shredded summer squash or zucchini
  • 1 large shredded carrot


  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly blended.
  • Chill for a couple hours or overnight. 
  • Preheat oven to 375.  Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.  Add the meat mixture & shape into a loaf. 
  • Bake for 1.5 hours or until internal temperature is 165 degrees and the exterior has a nicely browned crust.  Now devour it!  And come up with another name for it & please share it with me. 🙂
