Bourbon Glazed Salmon

- 2 - 2.5 lb salmon fillet
- 1 tsp steak seasoning
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup bourbon glaze, homemade or bottled
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Generously spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
Lay the salmon in the dish, skin side down. If using individual portions of salmon, lay them in a single layer side by side.
Sprinkle with steak seasoning.
Pour bourbon glaze evenly over the top.
Bake at 400 for 30 - 35 minutes, or until fish is cooked through & flakes easily with a fork.
