Semi-Homemade Pizza

Easy tasty pizza that is perfect for Family Pizza Night!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Prepared pizza crusts with sauce
  • 2 Chicken sausages, sliced
  • 2-3 cups Freshly shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Turkey pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450.  Spread the sauce evenly over each crust, going all the way to the edge.  
  • Spread 1/2 the shredded mozzarella evenly over each pizza, going all the way to the edge. 
  • Add the ingredients of choice, using one meat for each pizza.  
  • Lightly sprinkle the top of each pizza with fresh parmesan. 
  • Carefully place the pizzas side by side directly on the center rack.  Bake at 450 for 12 minutes, or until desired doneness. 

Notes

Add a piece of foil (that's the same size as the oven rack) to the bottom rack when baking the pizza so that any cheese that drips during cooking will be land on the foil instead of landing on the bottom of the oven for easier clean up.
