UH.MAZE.ING. Can I just please bathe in it??

I had some friends coming over for happy hour so wanted to make sure I had some yummy food to munch on. This recipe was adapted from one I had seen before on The Barefoot Contessa. I just love Ina Garten, she’s amazing! And this recipe certainly accomplished what I was going for.

Slice the celery really thinly. Then add the mayo, vinegar, dijon mustard & dill together in a bowl & whisk thoroughly.

Dump the shrimp, celery & mayo mixture in a large bowl. Gently combine all 3 so that the shrimp isn’t dismembered when it’s mixed up, but make sure that everything is incorporated evenly. Chill for 2 hours, or overnight.

Now you can serve it on bread, cucumber slices, crackers, or just shovel it in by spoonful. Any & all will be delish!
