Easiest & quickest EVER corn on the cob! Who knew mayo could be so versatile?
Put the corn in a ziplock bag. Add the mayo & the seasonings. Zip the bag & smoosh everything around to evenly coat all the corn.
Spray the mesh basket of the air fryer with cooking spray. Lay the corn on the basket.
Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes on 400, then fry the cobs for 8 minutes. Let cool for a couple minutes, then slice the kernels off for easy consumption & enjoyment.
Air Fryer Corn on the Cob
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Add all ingredients to a ziplock bag & smoosh around to coat the corn evenly.
- Preheat Air Fryer on 400 for 2 minutes.
- Spray mesh basket with cooking spray. Lay the ears of corn on the basket. Fry for 8 minutes.
- Cool for 2 minutes, then slice the kernels off the cob & serve. ENJOY!
